This governs the legal “rules” of using your website and booking service.

By using this Website, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Website.

2. Booking Terms & Payment

  • Reservations: A booking is only confirmed once a valid payment method is authorized and a confirmation email is sent.

  • Hourly Minimums: All “Hourly” bookings are subject to a one (1) hour minimum unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing Tiers: We reserve the right to adjust rates based on the tiered structure (1-2 hours, 2+ hours, 4+ hours) and FBO surcharges as defined in our service rates and may be charged as a driver’s gratuity up to 20%.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Standard Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable and will be billed at the full estimated total.

  • No-Shows: If the passenger is not present at the pickup location within 45 minutes of the scheduled time without notification, the booking is considered a “No-Show” and is non-refundable.

4. Conduct and Liability

  • Vehicle Damage: The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle (beyond normal wear and tear) caused by the client or their guests. This includes a minimum $250 sanitization fee for biohazard incidents.

  • Smoking Policy: All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Violation results in an immediate $250 cleaning fee and termination of the ride without refund.

  • Capacity: Our Cadillac Escalade 600 is limited to 5 passengers and 5 standard bags. We reserve the right to refuse service if the party exceeds these limits.
