Cancellation & waiting policy

These are the standard terms proposed for Island Spirit reservations. Any different terms for weddings, long-distance service, concierge purchases, or special events will be disclosed with the quote before payment.

Confirmation

A submitted request is not a confirmed reservation. Service is confirmed only after Island Spirit provides written confirmation and the required payment or payment arrangement is completed.

Cancellations

• Cancellations received at least 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a refund, less any nonrefundable processor or approved third-party costs.
• Cancellations received less than 24 hours before pickup and passenger no-shows are nonrefundable.
• Approved concierge merchandise and third-party purchases are nonrefundable after they have been ordered.

Waiting time

• Standard hotel or address pickup includes 15 minutes of complimentary waiting.
• Commercial airport pickup timing is coordinated around the actual arrival when a valid flight number is supplied.
• Signature Flight Support service includes the initial 60 minutes of service and waiting time.
• After the included waiting period, excess waiting is billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable rate confirmed with the reservation.

Flight changes

Reasonable flight delays are accommodated without a cancellation penalty when accurate flight information was provided. Major schedule changes, diversions, or changes that conflict with another confirmed reservation may require new arrangements.

Vehicle availability

If the Escalade cannot be made available for a requested time, Island Spirit may offer an alternative pickup time or another date. With the customer's permission, Island Spirit may instead refer the request to another licensed operator. A substitute vehicle or operator is never assigned without prior approval.
