Terms of service

Reservation requests

Website, telephone, email, and WhatsApp inquiries are requests only. A reservation becomes confirmed after availability, service details, price, and payment terms are accepted in writing.

Rates and charges

Published rates are chauffeur-inclusive totals that include the private Cadillac Escalade, owner-chauffeur service, and 20% chauffeur gratuity. Because the gratuity is a fixed mandatory amount, it may appear as a service charge on the final invoice. Parking, excess waiting, approved additional stops, extraordinary cleaning or damage, and approved concierge or vendor purchases may be additional when applicable and will be disclosed whenever known before payment.

Vehicle guarantee

The Cadillac Escalade shown throughout the website is the exact vehicle reserved for confirmed Island Spirit service, and the owner is the chauffeur. No substitute vehicle will be sent without the customer's prior approval. If the Escalade becomes unavailable, an alternative pickup time or another date may be offered. When appropriate, Island Spirit may request permission to refer the customer to another licensed operator.

Passengers and luggage

The Cadillac Escalade accommodates up to five passengers and four standard-size pieces of luggage. Oversized luggage, mobility equipment, strollers, golf clubs, or other large items must be disclosed before confirmation. Safety and legal capacity limits always apply.

Passenger conduct

Smoking, illegal activity, unsafe conduct, and damage to the vehicle are prohibited. Service may be ended when passenger behavior creates a safety risk.

Delays and circumstances outside control

Island Spirit is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, severe weather, airport restrictions, law enforcement, mechanical emergencies, or other circumstances outside reasonable control, but will communicate and assist whenever possible.

Concierge requests

Concierge arrangements are subject to customer approval, vendor and hotel availability, property rules, and separate charges. Third-party items may require advance nonrefundable payment.
