Island Spirit Luxury Rides collects information that customers choose to provide when requesting transportation, contacting the business, arranging concierge services, or making a payment.

This may include names, telephone numbers, email addresses, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates, flight information, passenger and luggage counts, service preferences, and special-request details.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, confirm availability, prepare quotes, coordinate transportation, provide flight-aware service, process payments through Square, prevent abuse, and meet legal or business recordkeeping requirements.

Payment information

Payments are handled through Square-hosted invoices, payment links, or approved Square payment technology. Island Spirit does not need to store complete card numbers on this website.

Sharing

Information is shared only when needed to provide the requested service, such as with payment, email, hotel, airport/FBO, or approved concierge vendors, or when required by law. Personal information is not sold.
